Selecting your first pistol can be a difficult decision to make. Our Try Before You Buy session helps ease the process of narrowing a selection based on your individual needs. This 2-hour session covers a wide variety of pistols as well as the different holster types currently available on the market. We will reveal the thought process behind selecting between a semi-auto or revolver and discuss both the advantages and disadvantages of each. This session covers the fundamentals of staging and storing a firearm safely in your home. We will also address the pros and cons of popular holster types including but not limited to in the waistband, out of the waist band, belly band, pocket, ankle, shoulder harness, and purse to help you decide which option is right for you.
Students attending this seminar will have the opportunity to fire several different carry-sized pistols. Our selection includes:
M&P shield plus (with optic)
Sig 365 XL
Smith & Wesson 642 snub nose
M&P sub compact
