Learn how to tackle weak areas or strengthen your existing skills by reserving time with our certified firearm instructor. Our Private Shooting Lesson session is entirely driven by your own personal needs to improve your skills with a pistol, rifle, or shotgun. Whether seeking to improve on your marksmanship, defensive, or any other skill, our instructor will work with you in developing a plan that is personalized to your needs on the spot.
Note: Participants must have a gun license, own their own firearm, and supply their own ammo. After signing up, our lead instructor, Bill Dalpe, will contact you to schedule a date and time that is convenient for you. Here you will also have the opportunity to discuss your specific needs and goals to ensure that your session is tailored personally to you.
Session duration is approximately 1.5 – 2.0 hours.

Please read the following before booking an appointment:
- You must be able to legally own and transport a firearm
- Must provide your own firearm and ammunition
- Must provide your own eye and ear protection
- We recommend bringing only one firearm to the session for maximum benefit

Your appointment will be scheduled based on a date and time that is convenient for you. All appointments are held in Mansfield, Taunton, or Rhode Island at the agreed upon date and time.

Excellent instructor and class! This was my 2nd class with I will be attending more. The clear and patient (but firm) instruction with personal attention to each student’s needs, was incredibly helpful to my learning process. Prior to attending class, the instructor was very responsive by phone and email in order to answer questions or concerns. This interaction before class, allowed me to be prepared and ready to learn! I highly recommend anyone who has apprehension (as I did) to go ahead and attend your first class, in order to gain the skills needed to be a responsibly and safely armed citizen of our great country. Learning hand grip without gloves on a metal pistol during a winter storm was just meant to be apparently. I was lucky to have Bill as a guide! He loves teaching and knows his subject and makes it memorable. I'll be back.
