Shooting On The Move - Patriot Firearms & Defense School

Shooting On The Move

Learn the skills needed to shoot on the move which is a critical component to defensive situation.  The “bad guy’ will not be stationary. He’ll be trying to kill you, learn to get off the “x” and survive. Reserve your spot with one of our team instructors.

Training in a static position is okay to get the basic defensive fundamentals down BUT real life defensive situations are not static. You need to be dynamic; you need to learn to “Get off the X”. It’s impossible to predict how any violent encounter will develop but adding this skill is critical in your defensive skill set.  Knowing how to perform these skills could save your life.

You will need your own firearm, ammo, and range appropriate holster.  A Patriot instructor will contact you prior to the session to work out any gear questions or concerns. It is strongly recommended you take the “Sighted vs Unsighted fire”, “Drawing Your Pistol”, and “malfunctions” sessions prior to taking this session.

Every student MUST pre-register prior coming to the session, NO walk-ins will be accepted. Unless otherwise specified this session will be held at Mansfield Fish and Game at 510 East Street Mansfield MA at the pre-arranged time. Please be 15 minutes early to the start time. Bring any refreshment you may think you need. You are expected to bring your own gear including 200 rounds of ammo unless otherwise prearranged. Please wear comfortable clothing.
